ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Business Development Manager in our Italian Data & AI Practice organization . The person will bring to ecosystem a strong knowledge of TD SYNNEX solutions portfolio and will be responsible to drive profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, customer enablement and engagement. A good knowledge of written and spoken English is required. RESPONSABILITIES Demonstrate best of breed End To End sales competencies in the DATA-AI business Understand the different channel models especially regarding the indirect software / services reselling business Ownership for building pipeline of deals Running desk training, tools training and driving products mind share Ability to communicate both to the internal sales teams and to our Partner ecosystems: vendor Data-AI strategies, solutions characteristics, products information, pricing models, special offers and promotions Ability to manage recurrent reporting calls/meetings internally and with the vendor sponsors / stakeholders Support execution of business/marketing plans related to the area of responsibility Be the point of contact for customer care issues from the sales team Be ready to interact in an innovative, dynamic international environment SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Data & AI knowledge Customer Focus Building structured sales activities Ability to develop a knowledge of product and technology portfolio Fuent in Italian and English is a MUST WHAT WE OFFER Hybrid work (2 days at the office, 3 days at home) We value continuous learning and provide a clear progression plan.
