Position: Finance Specialist （Outsourcing）

Job location: Milan

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

Honor is looking for a country finance specialist to assist the CFO with cross section finance operations. The main responsibilities of the position are listed below:

• Be responsible for channel finance management of key accounts, including: the financial solution, incentive and joint marketing budget and activities management, channel settlement & reconciliation, participating in developing channel settlement rules, monthly forecast and analysis etc..

• Conduct operation and financial analysis of channel customers, combined with customer financial reports and business information, to evaluate channel customers' profitability, operational efficiency, financial risks, etc., to provide decision-making reference.

• Communicate with business personnel regularly, disclose risks and issues identified during business operations in a timely manner, and track business personnel to resolve and close issues.

• Communicate with customers regularly, understand customer requirements in a timely manner, communicate with customers to resolve disputed issues or risks, provide solutions, and follow up the closure.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Ability for communication, coordination, and excellent interpersonal understanding.

• Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and written in English.

• Knowledge of channel finance, accounting, budgeting, international trade and auditing.

• Excel, Word, Power Point skill

• A sense of responsibility.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
• Ability to execute instructions correctly,
• Flexibility to work overtime when required,
