We are looking for an Operations Optimization Lead to drive complex, cross-functional operational improvement programs across our global solar, wind, and BESS portfolio. This role sits at the heart of our Operational Excellence Center of Excellence, translating strategic objectives into structured programs that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, cost, and asset performance.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end optimization initiatives spanning O&M performance, OPEX strategy, contract innovation, process standardization, digital enablement, and performance reporting. You will be responsible for structuring, managing, and governing projects, including defining roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, risks, and dependencies, as well as ensuring clear, consistent reporting on progress, outcomes, and value realization. Acting as a central orchestrator, you will work closely with global functions, local operations, and external partners to embed best-in-class practices, drive adoption of digital tools, and build a culture of continuous improvement grounded in data, discipline, and collaboration.

Desirable Skills

• Proven project and program management experience, leading complex, multi-country initiatives in operations, with strong execution discipline and structured reporting
• Solid understanding of renewable energy operations (solar, wind, and / or BESS), including asset performance optimization and contractor / O&M models
• Strong tech fluency, with hands-on experience leveraging digital operational tools such as CMMS, SCADA, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled solutions to improve processes and decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization and standardization, ideally using Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills, with experience influencing across functions, countries, and seniority levels
• Strong data and financial acumen, able to connect operational initiatives to cost efficiency, value creation, and investment prioritization
