Supports all activities necessary to cost-effective purchase and proper management of procurement of goods and services for the local market, also considering strategic and relevant KPIs for the involved suppliers.
Profile description :
Role and duty – core business
- Ensures the satisfaction of purchasing needs of the Area, acting as a focal point for the purchasing and outsourcing processes
- Interacts with all Departments in the management of purchase orders, deadlines, tenders
- Support for tender documentation
- Prepares legal agreements and contractual documentation for involved suppliers
- Suppliers management, including definition and monitoring of strategic KPIs in order to ensure an excellent performance of outsourcers
- Focal point for the outsourcing processes to ensure compliance
- Providing central communication, both internal and external, concerning the subject of outsourcing
