We are now seeking a proactive and highly organized Operation Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple projects, supporting the operational backbone of Future Developing and ensuring efficiency, execution, and scalability across initiatives.

The Opportunity

As an Operation Specialist at Future Developing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support, coordinate, and optimize operational processes across multiple projects. Your work will be essential in translating strategy into execution, ensuring that initiatives move forward efficiently, on time, and with high operational standards.

You will be involved in project coordination, process optimization, internal operations, and execution support for investment-related and product-driven initiatives. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing complexity across different workstreams while maintaining clarity and focus.

The Skillset

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or startup environments.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in process optimization, workflow design, and operational execution.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and operational tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Asana, Monday, or similar).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with investment, product, and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Bonus : Experience in startup operations, venture capital environments, or process automation tools.

Il tuo contributo sarà fondamentale per tradurre la strategia in execution, assicurando che le iniziative avanzino in modo efficiente, puntuale e con elevati standard operativi.

Sarai coinvolto / a in attività di coordinamento progetti, ottimizzazione dei processi, operazioni interne e supporto all’execution di iniziative legate agli investimenti e allo sviluppo prodotto. Si tratta di un ruolo operativo e hands-on in un contesto dinamico e veloce, ideale per chi ama la struttura, il problem solving e il miglioramento continuo.
