Job Title: IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support / Technical Support

Experience: 2–3 Years

Languages: Proficiency in English and Italian

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT /System Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and maintain IT infrastructure. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver deskside support for laptops, desktops (Windows or Apple), peripherals, and audiovisual equipment
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including servers, storage devices, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points
• Support Data Center operations with hardware maintenance, firmware updates, and troubleshooting
• Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, allocation, and disposal
• Guide and mentor junior team members when required

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience
• Proficient in installing, imaging, and supporting Windows or Apple devices
• Skilled in troubleshooting peripherals such as printers, scanners, and quality control equipment
• Experience with Intune and SCCM-to-Intune migration preferred
• Strong knowledge of end-user support for large-scale laptop/desktop environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving mindset
