Expediting & Inspection Data & Reporting Analyst/Senior Analyst

The Expediting & Inspection Data & Reporting Analyst supports in the data collection, analysis and reporting necessary to evaluate and monitoring activities of Expediting & Inspection external provider. Moreover, the role supports in preparing the relevant documents and the analysis of the KPIs.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Following the guidelines of the Responsible, the Expediting & Inspection Data & Reporting Analyst has the following main responsibilities:

• Support the Responsible in gathering and analyzing data to assess the performance of the external Expediting & Inspection Agencies;

• Prepare the necessary reports and documentation, according to the instructions of the Responsible and the guidelines of Category Managers Post Order Services and the ICT relevant Function;

• Support activities related to the management of the external Expediting & Inspection providers and the Post Order Services activities, in alignment with the guidelines provided by the Responsible and the senior roles;

• Contribute to the development of KPIs and trend analysis, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Responsible and the senior roles;

• Stay continuously updated on relevant topics to ensure effective execution of assigned responsibilities

Skills

• Required Economic Master or Degree
• Deep knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• Deep knowledge of Reporting Activities and Data Analysis
• Knowledge about Supply Chain and External Supplier
• Basic Knowledge about KPI
• Previous experience in a similar role (3-4 years)
