Position: PLC Programmer

Level: Junior (at least 2-3 years’ experience)

Location: Gorgonzola (MI)

We are looking for a PLC Programmer to join an innovative project in the industrial automation sector, focused on the development of advanced automation software for tire manufacturing processes.

This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge systems in a highly technical and structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and test PLC software using Siemens platforms (TIA Portal)
• Design and implement HMI interfaces for industrial applications
• Collaborate with engineering teams on automation software development
• Support commissioning and troubleshooting activities on-site
• Ensure software performance, reliability, and compliance with project requirements

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a PLC Programmer
• Strong knowledge of Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal)
• Experience with HMI development
• Basic understanding of industrial automation systems and processes
• Ability to work on-site full-time (5/5)
• Fluent in English (Italian is a plus but not mandatory)

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing environments (preferably tire, rubber, or process industry)
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA)
