Software Requirements Engineer (m/w/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Elicit and document software requirements based on customer needs, industry standards and internal product strategies Collaborate closely with product management, system architects, hardware engineers and software developers Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle Translate stakeholder inputs into clear, unambiguous and testable software specifications Contribute to the definition and maintenance of system and software architecture Review and validate requirements with cross-functional teams and customers Ensure compliance with ISO 15118, OCPP and other relevant EV charging standards Support risk assessments, impact analyses and change management processes YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field Proven experience in requirements engineering for embedded or software-intensive systems Knowledge of relevant EV charging standards is a strong plus Familiarity with requirement engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, or Jama Understanding of system modeling techniques (e.g., SysML/UML) Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills Structured and detail-oriented work style, and proactive mindset Ability to work in an agile development environment Fluent in English, as well as German and/or Italian OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits SHAPING THE FUTURE, TOGETHER!
