The group, operating internationally and active in the services sector, is looking for a Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with the product and development team to improve current innovation projects and launch new ones using our Data Architecture methodology and culture;
• Design, build and maintain data pipeline. Track and monitor platforms’ behavior, and utilize configuration management tools to automate, build and deploy processes. You will also design, manage and maintain tools to automate operational processes and implement systems that are highly available and scalable;
• Create a culture data-centric to maximize data gathering, transformation and normalization to make data available to make business decisions and embrace new culture of data across all companies;
• Be part of a well-structured Agile team with a dynamic, collaborative, and agile mindset where you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and improve the way we work.

Required Skills

• Hands-on data ingestion tool (dbt, sqitch);
• Hands-on data platform like data warehouse and data lake tools (snowflake, amazon redshift, bigquery);
• Well-known pipeline ETL / ELT create, maintain and migrate between tech stack (logstash, dbt, sqitch, aws data pipeline);
• Well-known python scripting for data manipulation;
• Hands-on on create query for retrieval, manipulation and build data to support analytics tool or analyst team as well as data scientist teams.

Smart working: 2 days per month on-site in Milan, with great flexibility.
