The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Client and Business oriented
- Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;
- Build up a loyal Clientele;
- Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;
- Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor’s trading activities.
Operations :
Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business;Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.);Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;Involved in the Stock and Inventory;Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;Maintain merchandising standards.Requisiti :
Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality;Must be customer-oriented;Action and Sales oriented;Excellent customer and service attitude;Strong communication skills;Luxury product knowledge;Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus.
