R&D TESTING ENGINEER (M/F/D)

Main Responsibilities And Activities That Make This Opportunity WOW

• Electromechanical assembly of prototypes;
• Product testing in various development phases, including electrical and mechanical measurements, based on international standards and internal procedures;
• Preparation of reports and technical documentation;
• Identification and resolution of defects, identification of improvements and optimizations;
• Verification and monitoring of the various development phases by visiting and assisting external suppliers or other Kärcher Group companies;
• Participation in project meetings and management of requests from various internal and external stakeholders;
• Management and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Skills Required To Be a WOW Candidate

• High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in a technical/engineering field (electrical, electronic, mechatronic, biomedical);
• Previous experience in testing and prototyping, gained within international companies;
• Knowledge of main laboratory instrumentation (caliper, micrometer, multimeter, etc.);
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Good knowledge of Google Suite;
• Critical, scientific, and analytical approach, attention to detail;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills;
• High level of autonomy, proactivity, and initiative;
• Knowledge of machine tools (preferred);
• Knowledge of 3D CAD (preferred).
