OverviewAsset Management and Investment Funds Associate – Milan office. We are looking for smart and talented associates (up to 4 years PQE) to join the Asset Management and Investment Funds (AMIF) practice.At K&L Gates, the ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory and transactional work related to fund formation, fund extraordinary transactions, units and share deals, management company replacements, and related authorization procedures before supervisory entities. Exposure to outsourcing of relevant functions and compliance issues is also valuable.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients (LPs and manager sides) in fund formation (contractual and statutory).Participate in fund extraordinary transactions, units and share deals, and management company replacements.Support authorization procedures before supervisory entities and related regulatory matters.Assist with outsourcing of relevant functions and compliance issues.Work closely with experienced lawyers, with opportunities for increased responsibility and client contact.QualificationsUp to 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in asset management and investment funds or a closely related field.Experience and knowledge in both regulatory and transactional aspects of the practice area.Exposure to assisting clients (LPs and manco sides) in fund formation and related transactions.Able to work independently and as part of a team; strong academic credentials.Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English.How to applyTo apply for this position please contact: MLRecruitmentThe compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.2005-2025 K&L Gates LLP.
