WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Core activities . You will design and build Generative AI pipelines, train and fine-tune language models, and implement evaluation benchmarks. You will deploy and scale solutions on cloud platforms, ensuring your code runs smoothly in production. You will have the opportunity to turn cutting-edge research into real-world AI systems.

Technologies. You will work with Python and modern AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, and Hugging Face Transformers. You will use vector databases, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization tools like Docker / Kubernetes, and evaluation tools such as Ragas or DeepEval.

Team work . You will collaborate with a young, dynamic team of engineers and scientists in a hybrid setup. You will participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and work in a friendly, informal, and fun office environment that values creativity and continuous learning.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

Academic background . We are looking for people with a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related quantitative fields. A strong foundation in programming, especially Python, is essential.

Valuable expertise You should have solid Python programming skills and experience with software engineering best practices. Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI frameworks, LLM training and fine-tuning, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and evaluation or benchmarking of AI models is highly valuable.

Nice to have . Contributions to open-source AI projects or a public portfolio, experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), expertise in small, high-performance models, and skills in optimizing inference latency and costs are a plus. Familiarity with Claude Code is also welcome.

Soft skills . You should be curious, proactive, and enjoy continuous learning. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are important. Clear communication in English and attention to detail will help you succeed in this role.
