Senior ERP & MES Solution Specialist

As a Senior ERP & MES Solution Specialist, you will work within a cross-functional team composed of a Master Data Manager, a Business Analyst, and a Production Analyst, contributing to the development and support of ERP (SAP) and MES solutions serving manufacturing and logistics processes.

You will play a key role in coordinating activities, aligning business needs with technical solutions, and fostering effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders. This position includes a significant hands-on component, both in functional analysis and in system configuration and daily management.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to functional analysis, ERP system configuration, and operational issue resolution in the areas of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain.
• Support team activity planning and prioritization, helping to advance ERP & MES initiatives.
• Interact directly with SAP, focusing on PP, MM, SD, and MD modules. You should understand how these modules interact with one another and influence end-to-end business processes.
• Contribute to documenting implemented solutions and business process flows.
• Participate in test execution, release management, and post-go-live support.
• Promote Agile practices and help structure the team’s work into short iterations and continuous improvement cycles.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Must-Have Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain processes, with direct experience in ERP modules such as SAP PP, MM, SD, and Master Data, and understanding of how such modules typically interact across business processes.
• Strong functional analysis and ERP configuration skills.
• Team collaboration, structured thinking, and task organization abilities.
• Strong communication skills and result-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
• Key soft skills : proactivity, fast learning, problem-solving attitude, critical thinking, ownership, and collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience as a key user or process analyst in ERP / MES contexts.
• Knowledge of MES or integrated production control systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing, documentation, and collaboration tools
• Background in structured or digitally evolving industrial environments.
