WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities. You will conduct functional and data analyses to support the complex financial projects for investment banking, capital markets and/or risk management. You will support financial institutions in digital transformation programs across the entire Front-to-Back chain for securities and derivatives—from trade negotiation and management to settlement of financial instruments—adhering to key European regulatory principles (CSDR, T+1 Settlement, EMIR-Refit, etc.). You will have the opportunity to develop quantitative and econometric models and data-driven insights to optimize operational processes and mitigate risks.
• Technologies. Through on-the-job training, you will gain proficiency in specialized investment banking tools to support business processes. No prior programming experience is required.
• Team work. You will collaborate closely with experts to directly align customer banking needs with the development of specific, tailored software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and ensure regulatory compliance.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE...

• Academic background. A brilliant Master's degree in Economics with a focus on Finance topics.
• Valuable expertise. From 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in understanding specific financial products, markets and best practices (e.g. capital markets, risk management, quantitative finance, regulatory compliance, technology in finance).
• Nice to have. Professional or academic experience in structured finance, derivatives and/or trading, specific financial risks.
• Soft skills. Excellent communication skills, problem solving attitude, teamwork abilities, critical thinking approach and attention to detail.
