Business Development Representative Location: Hybrid – Milan, ItalyContract: Full-time About Skybird Group

Skybird Group acts as an international advertising sales agency and representative through various entities, among them are Cesanamedia, Italy’s leading international media representative, and Out There, media agency with focus on Out-of-Home and Digital OOH advertising, Paid Social Media Campaigns and Programmatic Advertising.

With over 30 years of experience, Skybird Group combines deep media knowledge with strategic consulting to give brands powerful international exposure.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and personalized emails

• Qualify leads from website forms, and industry events

• Use LinkedIn and other platforms to engage in social selling and nurture relationships

• Collaborate with account managers and the leadership team to ensure smooth client transitions

• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline, meet activity and conversion KPIs, and update the CRM system regularly

Who You Are

• You have 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles (experience in media, advertising, or SaaS is a plus)

• You’re motivated by goals, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment

• Experience or interest in luxury, fashion, design, pr, advertising or international publishing is a plus
