Overview
Solution Architect at BIP – Design and deliver innovative, end‑to‑end digital solutions for large enterprises, driving transformation through modern technology stacks and enterprise architecture best practices.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate functional and non‑functional requirements into robust application and infrastructure architecture.
Design enterprise solutions that integrate legacy systems, cloud platforms, and modern micro‑service and API‑based architectures.
Advise on the adoption of innovative technologies, including AI, data‑driven approaches, and new operational models.
Work within multidisciplinary teams on application modernization, data architecture, and hybrid cloud ecosystem design.
Contribute to reference architectures, technology blueprints, and guidelines for development and deployment.
Qualifications
1–4 years of IT experience, preferably in consulting, system integration or structured corporate environments, with exposure to application architecture projects (distributed or micro‑services).
Knowledge of heterogeneous application architectures and integration paradigms (API, micro‑services, event‑driven, EAI / ESB / SOA).
Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container‑based deployment models (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher).
Understanding of application deployment, networking, and virtual machine management.
Experience developing or evaluating solutions with Java / Spring, .NET, Python, or JavaScript (React / Angular).
Proficiency with DevOps tools and automation principles (Git, Jenkins, CI / CD).
Understanding of data‑solution design, database technology evaluation (relational or NoSQL), and modern data ecosystem tools (Snowflake, Fabric, Databricks, Kafka).
Knowledge of architectural design patterns (C4, diagram‑as‑code, Archimate) and documentation tools (Structurizr, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Enterprise Architect).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with an eagerness for emerging technologies (Generative AI, LLM, Machine Learning).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Enterprise Architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF® Foundation).
Cloud foundation or associate certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
AI and Data certifications (AI / ML Fundamentals, SnowPro, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric).
Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD).
DevOps certifications (DevOps Foundation).
