Responsibilities: Perform dry cuts for women and men. Provide exceptional customer service, understanding and meeting clients’ needs. Promote and sell hair care products. Actively contribute to creating a pleasant and collaborative work environment. Keep common areas clean and organized to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and employees.

Requirements:
At least one year of experience or a qualification in hairdressing.
Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher).
Basic digital skills for appointment management and communication tools.
European passport.

Benefits:

Competitive salary structure: We offer a salary structure that recognizes and values the experience of our hairdressers. Starting salary is €2,300 net per month for those with 0–2 years of experience. Additional bonuses will be added based on performance, overtime, and product sales. For candidates with more experience, salary increases accordingly.

Schedule & flexibility: Enjoy a 37-hour work week with the flexibility of having two Saturdays off per month. All overtime hours are paid.
