The Design team is a diverse group of product designers and researchers that help to build Agoda’s products from our home office in Bangkok. The Enterprise Product Designer is an experienced problem solver for the areas with high complexity. He / she will work closely with Product stakeholders to collaborate and execute on the product team’s roadmap and milestones.

The Enterprise Product Designer also possesses domain knowledge and expertise of the enterprise products or initiatives, to co‑create future partner‑centric product strategy or roadmap with your stakeholders. He / she will lead by creating alignment, telling compelling and persuasive stories to illustrate hotel partners’ problems connected with enterprise business journey, clearly articulate design decisions, driving and pushing for optimal UX solutions to stakeholders and influence the enterprise business for the longer term visions.

Experience Requirements & Role Expectations

• 4+ years of full‑time experience as a UX / Interaction designer for digital or web‑based products; in‑house designer experience highly preferred
• Has experience of managing multiple stakeholders with agile development process
• Proficient in creating wireframes, UX design tools and prototyping
• A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions as it relates to web‑based products or mobile applications that with complexities
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
• Worked with enterprise products or B2B domain as a big plus
