WHAT YOU WILL DO

AsMaintenance Planner , you will report to theMaintenance Manager . In this capacity, you will support the planning and coordination of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety standards. Your most critical deliverables for this role are:

• Manage the administrative and documentation aspects of maintenance operations
• Interface with internal teams to initiate and follow up on purchase orders
• Handle safety-related documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Draft and update operational procedures (OPL, SOP, WI) to support the QEHS Management System
• Record maintenance interventions in the Access database
• Log activities in JDE
• Support cost analysis activities when required
• Provide secretarial and organizational support to the Plant Director and Maintenance Manager

WHO YOU ARE

• High school diploma or technical qualification in industrial maintenance or related field
• Basic knowledge of electromechanical maintenance for industrial machinery and systems
• Strong PC skills and precision in data entry
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze data
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Familiarity with safety documentation and maintenance planning tools
• Willingness to learn and use company systems such as JDE and Access
