🏅 Role

In this unprecedented context, we are looking for an unconventional, highly talented professional who is able to exceed expectations providing exceptional support in the main activities usually performed by our Finance function: from financial analysis, invoicing, accounting, to monthly financial statement closing. We expect a very proactive approach willing to cooperate with other departments to achieve objectives. The role will also cooperate with our accountants in order to support them on accounting and administration activities.

You will be part of our Finance team. You will also work closely with the CFO, the Finance Business Partner, and the FP&A and Accounting Specialist, who will support you in leading the controlling activities you will be requested to perform.

📍Location

This is a hybrid role: the actual workplace is in our lovely HQ in Milan (Italy), but we have a very flexible smart working policy!

👩💻🧑💻 As Finance Intern at Kampaay, you will:

directly report to the Finance Business Partner as well as collaborating closely with others Finance team members, and with Event Excellence, Sales, People and Legal departments

Your activities will include:

• Variance analysis on sales and gross margin
• Cost controlling and monitoring
• General accounting and control
• Performance analysis and business reporting
• Financial process optimisation and automation

🧡 About you

You could be our perfect Finance Intern if you have the following:

• You are passionate about business finance topics (es. Controlling, Accounting, Reporting, etc.)
• You are attending a Master Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or similar
• Proactive and quick minded approach
• You are fluent in English (min B2)
• You have a very good knowledge of Excel
• You are willing to learn and get out of the comfort zone to experiment and challenge what’s already done in the industry
• You are humble and know how to receive feedback and get the best out of it
