• Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone.

• Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our systems.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about our products and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
