You’ll help define the visual language, interaction patterns, and performance characteristics of a product designed to redefine its field. What You Will Be Working On

Frontend Development:

Design and build modern, high-quality user interfaces using React and TypeScript, turning complex requirements into intuitive and delightful experiences.

UI Architecture & State Management:

Create scalable frontend architectures, manage application state, and ensure maintainability as the product grows.

Motion & Interaction Design:

Implement rich animations and transitions using tools like Motion, GSAP, Lenis or similar libraries to create fluid, engaging user experiences.

Performance & Responsiveness:

Optimize rendering performance, loading times, and responsiveness across devices and browsers, even in data-heavy or real-time scenarios.

Design System & Visual Consistency:

Collaborate on and evolve a design system, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and a strong product identity.

Integration with Backend & APIs:

Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs, streaming responses, and real-time updates into the frontend.

Core Technologies:

Work with React, TypeScript, modern CSS (e.g. Tailwind, CSS-in-JS), animation libraries, and contemporary frontend tooling.

Best Practices:

Write clean, well-tested code, maintain documentation, and help establish frontend standards that support long-term technical excellence.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Are

Experienced & Craft-Oriented:

You have 4+ years of frontend development experience and care deeply about UI quality, details, and usability.

React Expert:

You’re highly proficient with React and TypeScript, and comfortable with hooks, Context API, component architecture, and modern frontend patterns.

Motion-Savy:

You have experience with animation or motion libraries (e.g. Framer Motion, GSAP) and understand how motion can improve UX.

Autonomous & Impact-Driven:

You enjoy ownership, take initiative, and thrive in environments where your decisions directly shape the product.

You pay attention to performance, rendering behavior, and perceived speed, especially in interactive applications.

Bonus Points

• Experience in a startup or early-stage environment, especially as a key contributor.
• Familiarity with advanced visual or interactive technologies (e.g. WebGL, Three.js, Pixi.js, Canvas).
• Experience with real-time interfaces, streaming data, or highly interactive dashboards.
• A strong sense of design, UX, or previous close collaboration with product/design teams.
