Tech Recruiting (60%)
- Build the machine that brings Europe’s best engineering talent to Exein
- Own the full hiring process for backend, embedded, and security engineers
- Close hard-to-fill roles with a consultative, data-driven approach
- Scale hiring over the next 18 months
Employer Branding (40%)
