We are keen to keep growing and expanding our business in other European countries. 👉 Discover more about us 🏅 Role As an Event Specialist , you will be part of our Event Excellence team, responsible for driving growth in the company by organizing and managing events. You will also work closely with our Sales & Engineering team. 📍Location This is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan , but we would love to see your face around our office corridor as often as possible 😉 👩💻🧑💻 What You’ll Do as an Event Specialist Support the Event Excellence Team during the management of all events in our pipeline , covering every type of event from the smallest to mid/large-scale events Plan the events from start to finish according to concept, requirements, needs, target audience and objectives Develop a budget and ensuring it is adhered to the customer requests Maintain good contact with our suppliers and customers Building a long-term relationship with key contacts of our main customers, by being accountable & informed about all events, leading complex/strategic events delivery and spotting new business opportunities Manage customers booking requests as travel, hotel, transport etc.., being the point of reference for both customers and suppliers or agencies Being present during some events and coordinate our suppliers Ensure the smooth running of the event and resolve any problems that may arise Check and register supplier invoices The role is part of a team-based setting, where a positive and collaborative attitude is highly valued. 🧡 About you At Kampaay we truly live by our values: communication, transparency, teamwork, trust and sense of belonging, problem-solving, proactivity, empathy, hard work, and a constant drive to challenge ourselves and grow. Who are we looking for? at least 5 years of experience in the event management full-time availability previous experience handling organizational secretarial tasks is preferable team player & problem solver good communication and negotiation skills and good project management skills fluent both in English and Italian (at least B2) good knowledge of Excel & Power Point 🎁 What you get You got it: helping you succeed is our #1 priority.
