We are seeking an inspiring Wellness Director to lead and evolve our philosophy, someone who combines strategic vision with sensitivity, leadership with intuition, and creativity with operational excellence.

The Role

As Wellness Director, you will be the guardian and ambassador of the Seed to Skin Tuscany flagship SPA and wellness philosophy, ensuring it is expressed with integrity, consistency, and depth across all guest experiences.

You will work closely with the founder of Seed to Skin Tuscany and senior leadership to translate vision into daily practice, shaping wellness as a core pillar of the Borgo Santo Pietro experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-opening development of the spa and wellness concept, including program creation, treatment menus, rituals, and operational frameworks, in close collaboration with the Seed to Skin Tuscany Founder
• Curate and refine signature treatments, rituals, wellness programs, retreats, and seasonal offerings from concept to launch
• Oversee all spa and wellness operations, ensuring exceptional standards of care, service, and professionalism
• Train, mentor, and inspire a team deeply aligned with our ethos
• Foster a culture of presence, empathy, craftsmanship, and continuous learning
• Ensure a seamless, emotionally resonant guest journey across all wellness touchpoints
• Maintain a visible and inspiring presence within the spa and wellness spaces
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance indicators, balancing soulful experiences with commercial sustainability
• Drive performance across treatments, programs, retreats, memberships, and retail
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
• Collaborate closely with other departments to integrate wellness across the broader guest experience
• Support storytelling, content creation, and communication around the Seed to Skin Tuscany brand
• Build and nurture relationships with trusted practitioners, therapists, and wellness experts
• Stay attuned to global wellness trends, translating them into authentic, relevant evolutions of the in-house brand
