Procurement Specialist, External Fulfilment, EU

The ideal candidate requires experience in procurement, ideally within an international fast‑paced and customer‑driven environment. You will be responsible for:

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience dealing with both internal and external customers/suppliers at all levels
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels to manage expectations and push back where appropriate
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively and accurately, anticipating problems, managing expectations, resolving issues and identifying solutions
• Takes ownership of tasks and ability to make decisions
• Demonstrates patience and perseverance during setbacks and challenges
• Computer literate with experience of Microsoft packages (including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent/business proficient in English
• Willing to travel throughout the EU

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous use of Oracle/Coupa would be advantageous
