Sales Assistant Full Time boutique Montenapoleone

Responsabilities:

Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as Brand history and heritage in accordance with the Brand selling guidelines.

Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales.

Ability to discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.

Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with Brand visual standards.

Contribute to the daily operations of the store, by maintaining a neat and organized understock and stock room

Adhere to Brand Image standards and guidelines.

Working hours: 40h

Skills required:

4/5 Years of Luxury Goods experience;

Fluent knowledge of English. Russian language will be considered a plus;

Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store result;

Maintain an existing client portfolio;

Computer proficient in Basic Excel and POS systems;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
