Visual merchandising - Internship

Job Description

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and maintaining the brand image at the sales outlets in line with company guidelines. The core responsibilities of this role are : 1) creating shop window and merchandising displays in line with company guidelines and the requirements of the sales outlets; 2) supervising and monitoring the assigned sales outlets, ensuring compliance with brand image standards, maintaining constant contact with the assigned stores, both on-site and remotely; 3) training store personnel on the design choices related to Visual Merchandising and their realisation.

1.01 Supports the Manager in the implementation of the retail strategy through the operational execution of Visual Merchandising activities (window rotation, remerchandising, etc.) in the assigned sales points

1.02 Is responsible for the creation of window displays and merchandising, in line with the commercial needs and the product present in the store, consistently with the Brand guidelines and company standards

1.03 Develops training activities at the points of sale, aimed at understanding the techniques and logic underlying visual merchandising, in order to guarantee the correct implementation of shop windows and merchandising

1.04 Ensures compliance with the timing of the activities to be implemented in the stores planned with the Visual Merchandiser Manager

1.05 Constantly monitors the sales trend in order to constantly verify the effectiveness of the activities, implement and orient the visual merchandising strategy

1.06 Reports structured feedback relating to the needs of the commercial network to the Visual Merchandiser Manager

1.07 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness / efficiency of one's Responsibilities

1.08 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business

1.09 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational / cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as an interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), with a specialization in visual merchandising and image management.
• Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, with a strong aesthetic and visual sensibility.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A natural predisposition for relationships and teamwork.
• Good level of English (B2).
