The role covers multiple legal entities and sites and acts as a key partner for leadership and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities7 legal entities6 sites across Northern and Southern ItalyApproximately 180 FTEsBudgeting and workforce planning, including staffing levels and compensation costsEnd-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesIndustrial relations and relations with trade unionsMonitoring existing HR practices and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulationsDefinition and implementation of common HR policies across all Italian sites and legal entities, in line with Group guidelinesCentralization and maintenance of the HR databasePlanning and execution of internal communication initiativesStakeholder EngagementLeadership TeamsHealth & Safety representativesConfindustriaTrade UnionsLabour InspectorateSocial Security authoritiesManagement of the payroll process, coordinating with external payroll consultantsHandling disciplinary procedures and labor disputes, in collaboration with external legal advisorsPreparation and delivery of weekly and monthly HR KPI reports for Italian sitesCompetenze ed esperienzaDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related fieldProven experience in an HR Manager or similar senior HR role within structured and multi-site organizationsStrong knowledge of Italian labor law, industrial relations, and HR compliance requirementsExperience managing multiple legal entities and complex organizational structuresSolid background in workforce planning, budgeting, and compensation managementHands‑on experience with payroll processes and coordination of external providersDemonstrated ability to manage disciplinary procedures and labor litigationStrong analytical skills with experience in HR KPI reportingFluent English (written and spoken)Completa l'offertaGreat Opportunity
