About the Opportunity

Looking to start a new chapter abroad while working comfortably from home We are offering a fantastic opportunity for Italian speakers to relocate to Greece and join an international support team for a globally recognized logistics brand!

With complete Relocation Support provided you can transition smoothly to Greece and enjoy working 100% remotely from any city in the country. Full professional training is provided from day one.

What We Offer (Relocation & Benefits)

  • Relocation Support: Full guidance and assistance provided for your move to Greece.
  • 100% Work from Home: Complete flexibility to work remotely anywhere within Greece.
  • Base Salary: 1100 gross/month.
  • Productivity Bonus: Up to 15% extra per month based on performance.
  • Work-Life Balance: Fixed Monday to Friday schedule (08:00 21:00 rotative shifts) Weekends Off!

  • Paid Onboarding: Full professional training on customer care tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls emails and back-office channels.
  • Assist clients with parcel tracking delivery scheduling claims billing and technical queries.
  • Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
  • Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (Native or C1 level).
  • Good English skills (Minimum B2 level).
  • Readiness to relocate to Greece.
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills (typing speed min. 25 WPM).
  • Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in the EU/Greece.
