Gucci is part of the global luxury group Kering, which manages renowned Houses in fashion, leather goods, jewelry, and eyewear.The Inventory Reporting Analyst supports the Head of Financial Sales & Inventory Planning in the financial monitoring of key inventory-related topics impacting the profit and loss statement.The role acts as the Finance point of reference for gross margin analyses, both forecasted and actual, assessing the impact of pricing and mark-up strategies. The position also ensures the accuracy and consistency of data through the oversight of inventory count planning and by supporting the definition and maintenance of data audit procedures across systems and master data.Job DescriptionKey AccountabilitiesPerform reconciliations and analyses of Gross Margins across channels, products and categories, both forecasted and actual.Support preventive margin analyses in coordination with the Pricing team.Prepare Budget and Forecast projections related to gross margin performance.Perform monthly actual analyses, including Mix, Price-Cost and Volume variances.Ensure governance and audit of the systems used by the Financial Sales & Inventory Planning team.Oversee inventory count processes and ensure proper execution and monitoring activities.Analyze stock adjustments and assess their financial impact.Conduct risk analyses related to inventory discrepancies and high shrinkage levels.Monitor store-to-store transfer performance, evaluating costs and related benefits.Monitor stock damage volumes, including second-quality products from production, identifying criticalities and supporting follow-up actions.Coordinate and monitor global and regional inventory reduction initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow-up of agreed actions.RequirementsDegree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.3-5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, Inventory Finance or similar analytical roles.Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.Good understanding of gross margin dynamics and financial performance indicators.Experience in reporting, reconciliations and data analysis.Knowledge of inventory accounting principles and inventory-related financial processes.Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Salary PackageGross Annual Salary: 38.000 (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): CCNL per gli addetti alle industrie manifatturiere delle pelli e succedanei e ombrelli e ombrelloni (unique alphanumeric code: D111)Bonuses and Commissions: Annual Target Bonus as per the company-level collective agreement in force, up to 20% of the Gross Annual Salary.Other Benefits:Company canteen / meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant)Complementary health insuranceCompany welfare programGucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
