This is a freelance opportunity for a senior Meta Ads specialist joining a high-growth SaaS environment with a strong focus on paid acquisition.
You will manage and scale campaigns across a diverse portfolio of subscription-based SaaS products and high-value advertising accounts.
The role combines strategic thinking, hands-on campaign execution, creative testing, advanced tracking, and rigorous performance analysis.
You will work with substantial advertising budgets, with individual projects managing at least six figures in monthly spend.
Your expertise will directly influence acquisition performance, profitability, and the pace at which products can scale.
You will collaborate with Growth, Product, and Tech teams while enjoying significant autonomy and minimal management overhead.
The position is designed for an experienced practitioner who enjoys testing, solving problems, and turning data into measurable growth.

Accountabilities

• 
  

• Create, launch, test, scale, and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns across a multi-product SaaS portfolio.

  
  

• Manage campaigns across key Meta formats and solutions, including Feed, Stories, Reels, and Advantage+.

  
  

• Take ownership of high-budget advertising accounts, with projects involving at least six figures in monthly spend.

  
  

• Continuously test and iterate on creative concepts, audiences, bidding strategies, placements, and campaign structures.

  
  

• Monitor and analyze core acquisition KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, CPM, and CTR.

  
  

• Implement, maintain, and improve advanced tracking systems, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom events.

  
  

• Proactively identify performance issues, investigate their root causes, and implement corrective actions.

  
  

• Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations designed to improve the profitability and efficiency of advertising spend.

  
  

• Initially onboard alongside the Growth leadership team before progressively taking full ownership of assigned campaigns.

  
  

• Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams, particularly on tracking, attribution, and performance-related topics.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience working with Meta Ads and paid acquisition.

  
  

• Demonstrated experience managing major accounts, either within an agency environment or with advertising budgets of at least six figures per month per project.

  
  

• Experience managing multiple businesses, products, or projects simultaneously rather than focusing exclusively on a single product.

  
  

• Significant e‑commerce experience may also be relevant, particularly with businesses managing approximately €150K–€200K+ in monthly spend or seven‑figure budgets.

  
  

• Advanced expertise across Meta Ads formats and solutions, including Feed, Stories, Reels, and Advantage+.

  
  

• Strong track record in creative testing, campaign scaling, audience strategy, bidding, and optimization.

  
  

• Advanced knowledge of tracking technologies, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom conversion events.

  
  

• Strong analytical skills and deep familiarity with acquisition metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CPM, and CTR.

  
  

• Highly autonomous and capable of organizing and directing your own work without micromanagement.

  
  

• Strong ownership mindset, proactive problem‑solving approach, and clear focus on measurable performance.

  
  

• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with Growth, Product, and Tech stakeholders.

  
  

• Fluent French is required, as it is the primary business language.

  
  

• Professional working proficiency in English.
