Director of Sales & Marketing , con responsabilità anche sulla
gestione operativa della struttura . La figura avrà un ruolo strategico e operativo, con l’obiettivo di sviluppare il posizionamento commerciale della struttura, incrementare ricavi e marginalità e, al contempo, garantire l’eccellenza degli standard operativi e di servizio.

Principali responsabilità Definire e implementare la
strategia Sales & Marketing
della struttura, in linea con il posizionamento luxury e con gli obiettivi condivisi con il CdA. Gestire il posizionamento della struttura sul mercato, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di
occupazione, ADR, ricavi e marginalità . Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con
clienti, travel advisor, luxury agencies, tour operator, corporate account e partner strategici . Identificare nuove opportunità commerciali e sviluppare partnership e iniziative volte ad aumentare la visibilità e il valore percepito della struttura. Supervisionare la
gestione operativa quotidiana dell’edificio , garantendo elevati standard di servizio, manutenzione e cura degli ambienti. Coordinare staff, fornitori, partner esterni e servizi tecnici, assicurando efficienza e qualità operativa. Supervisionare l’esperienza degli ospiti, dagli arrivi alle partenze, garantendo un servizio coerente con gli standard del segmento luxury. Coordinarsi con il partner del
ristorante rooftop , sviluppando sinergie commerciali e operative tra appartamenti, galleria e ristorante. Gestire budget operativi e commerciali, contratti, costi e reportistica, monitorando costantemente performance e marginalità. Garantire il raggiungimento dei
ricavi e dei margini annuali concordati con il CdA . Monitorare trend di mercato, competitor e opportunità di sviluppo, proponendo al CdA azioni e strategie per mantenere il posizionamento ai massimi livelli del mercato luxury.
Requisiti Solida esperienza in Sales & Marketing nel settore hospitality di lusso , preferibilmente in contesti internazionali e/o strutture di alto profilo. Esperienza nella
gestione operativa di strutture hospitality complesse , con capacità di coordinare contemporaneamente aspetti commerciali, operativi e di guest experience. Forte orientamento commerciale e comprovata capacità di sviluppo di clientela
high-end
e di partnership strategiche. Ottime capacità di leadership, organizzative, negoziali e relazionali. Approccio imprenditoriale, autonomia decisionale e forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici. Ottima conoscenza della lingua
italiana e inglese , entrambe fluenti. xjncmbx
Inquadramento Range retributivo: €80.000–90.000 + variabile , commisurato all’esperienza e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi concordati.
