About the Role

Giunti Psychometrics is looking for an International E-commerce Specialist – APAC to grow sales of its digital products across the Asia-Pacific markets.

Reporting to the Corporate E-commerce Director, the person will contribute to the launch and growth of the international stores, with a transactional focus on B2C and an informational/lead-generation focus on B2B.

The scope covers Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, China, India, and other key Asian markets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and launch of new stores on Magento/Adobe Commerce.
• Manage catalogs, content, languages, currencies, payments, and customer journeys.
• Develop proposals on assortment, pricing, promotions, and the commercial calendar together with Product Marketing and Management.
• Coordinate Product Marketing and R&D on offering and content, IT on technical aspects, and Legal and Finance on local requirements.
• Create scalable digital campaigns, adapting and localizing them for the different markets.
• Manage, with agency support, social media and campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Own direct targets for B2C revenue and B2B lead generation.
• Manage the area's budget, with operational autonomy within agreed guidelines.
• Analyze performance through GA4, identifying growth opportunities and conversion rate optimization.
• Collaborate with customer care to continuously improve the user experience.
• Contribute to process automation through tools such as n8n.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Experience in the operational management of complex e-commerce platforms and projects.
• Skills in digital marketing, paid media, analytics, and budget management.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and GA4.
• Ability to coordinate agencies, vendors, and different business functions.
• Analytical approach, autonomy, results orientation, and strong project management skills.
• English at least at B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Magento/Adobe Commerce;
• Experience in international e-commerce or APAC markets;
• Knowledge of Chinese;
• Experience selling digital products;
• Familiarity with n8n and Canva.
