We’re hiring an Enterprise BDR to own outbound prospecting across a defined territory of named companies in the Italian wholesale-distribution market, qualify leads, and feed our Enterprise Account Executives’ pipeline. It’s a high-accountability seat for someone who thrives on generating pipeline from scratch at a fast-growing, early-stage AI company.

Key responsabilities:
Must have1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, SDR, or BDR roles in a tech company, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding activity and targetsOutbound and multi-channel outreach prospecting — researching and identifying target accounts and contactsLead qualification — assessing ICP fit, needs, budget, and timingAbility to generate interest and secure meetings through consultative conversationsCRM proficiency and pipeline/record hygiene (HubSpot or equivalent)Resilient, you don’t get xysqume discouraged by rejectionSelf-motivated and results-drivenFluent/native Italian (market language) and English B2+ (team language) Nice to have:Knowledge of distribution, wholesale, or supply chain environmentsExperience in account-based marketing motions (webinars, dinners, events)Experience in other high-growth tech companiesA builder’s mindset — motivated by fast growth, takes initiative, and wants to create something meaningful rather than just execute tasks
