What you’ll do:

In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, transforming business objectives into high-performing media strategies and scaling your leadership as our digital footprint expands.

You will:

• Shape the omnichannel media strategy, defining the budget allocation and channel mix (Digital, Programmatic, Paid Social, and Traditional Media) to maximize ROI and brand awareness.

• Lead the Social Media roadmap, steering content strategy, community management, and paid amplification across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity.

• Own the Programmatic and performance ecosystem, independently overseeing DSP selection, audience targeting, and real-time bidding data to optimize campaign efficiency.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Creative, Brand, Data, and E-commerce) to align media outputs with product launches and business priorities.

• Manage agency relationships, leading media, creative, and tech agencies to ensure flawless execution and high-quality deliverables within deadline.

• Pioneer data-driven optimization, setting up KPIs, building performance dashboards, and translating complex analytics into actionable insights for senior leadership.

• Oversee budget management, independently tracking media investments, negotiating agency fees, and ensuring total alignment with financial guidelines.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in media planning, programmatic buying, and social media management, either agency-side or in-house.

• Autonomous strategic thinking, with a track record of building and executing complex multi-channel media strategies from scratch.

• Deep technical knowledge of the programmatic landscape (DMPs, DSPs, Google Marketing Platform) and major Paid Social tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

• Strong analytical mindset, with advanced skills in turning data (Google Analytics, attribution models) into clear business recommendations.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of confidently defending media choices and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

• Problem-solving agility, with the ability to manage multiple high-budget campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Italian and English (both written and verbal).

• Educational background: Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communication, or related fields.

Base pay hiring range for this role in Italy €53.300 - €69.400 gross per year,under the collective agreement Commercio e Terziario level Quadro**.**
