Gucci is part of the global luxury group Kering, which manages renowned Houses in fashion, leather goods, jewelry, and eyewear.Reporting to the Head of Financial Sales & Inventory Pricing, the Inventory Reporting Manager is responsible for providing financial and operational visibility on inventory performance across the business.

The role acts as the key Finance partner for inventory monitoring, reporting and analysis, ensuring alignment between business objectives, stock efficiency and financial targets.Working closely with Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail Operations and Regional teams, the Inventory Reporting Manager develops reporting frameworks, drives inventory insights and supports decision-making through accurate analysis and actionable recommendations.

The role also plays a key part in the continuous improvement and automation of inventory reporting processes.Job DescriptionKey AccountabilitiesDevelop, maintain and standardize inventory reporting, ensuring consistency and reliability across analyses and reporting outputs.Design and implement new analyses and reporting solutions based on management requirements and evolving business needs.Coordinate stakeholders and manage timelines related to the development and implementation of new inventory analyses and reports.Act as Project Manager for inventory reporting automation initiatives, coordinating briefings, requirements gathering, testing activities and follow-up with all involved teams.Prepare, update and consolidate periodic inventory reporting, analyzing variances between actual results and forecasts and highlighting key drivers of deviations.Monitor inventory quality KPIs, including aging, coverage, slow movers and other indicators supporting stock efficiency assessments.Monitor Non-Covered Orders (NCO) inventory, ensuring regular follow-up on action plans and alignment with relevant stakeholders.Monitor the inventory leftover lifecycle, performing preventive analyses of markdown lists and overseeing the correct allocation and positioning of merchandise.Conduct ad hoc analyses on product categories showing critical performance indicators in terms of sell-through, stock coverage or inventory exposure.Coordinate and monitor global and regional inventory reduction initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow-up of agreed actions.RequirementsDegree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.5-7 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Finance or similar analytical roles.Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Good understanding of inventory dynamics and key inventory KPIs (aging, coverage, sell-through, slow movers, etc.).Experience in reporting and performance analysis.Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Salary PackageGross Annual Salary: 60.000 (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): CCNL per gli addetti alle industrie manifatturiere delle pelli e succedanei e ombrelli e ombrelloni (unique alphanumeric code: D111)Bonuses and Commissions: Annual Target Bonus as per company policies and regulations in force from time to time, up to 15% of the Gross Annual Salary.Other Benefits:Company canteen / meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant)Complementary health insuranceCompany welfare program (up to quadri)Gucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
