Who We Are Looking For

We are specifically seeking a native French speaker or a bilingual French-speaking professional to support strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, and relationship management activities across French-speaking markets.

As a Founder's Associate, you will work directly with our CEO, acting as a true "Force Multiplier" by optimizing executive operations, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting the company's growth across key markets.

This is not a traditional administrative internship. You will have a front-row seat to the decision-making process of a fast growing company. You will start by mastering executive organization and, as you prove your reliability, you will transition into managing high-level partnerships, business operations, and special strategic initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

Executive Foundation & Operational Excellence:

• Strategic Coordination: Optimize the CEO’s workflow, managing a high-stakes calendar and ensuring that time is allocated to the company’s top priorities.
• Communication Bridge: Act as a professional point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders (partners, investors, clients).
• Executive Briefing: Conduct research and prepare briefing materials, memos, and agendas to ensure the CEO is fully prepared for every interaction.

Strategic Growth & Partnerships

• Relationship Management: Assist in cultivating and nurturing relationships with key strategic partners. Manage follow-ups and ensure no opportunity is lost.
• Special Projects: Take the lead on "home-less" projects, such as market research, competitor analysis, or the implementation of new internal processes.
• Business Operations: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and help monitor the execution of the company's strategic goals.
• French-speaking Market Development: Support communications, partnership activities, and relationship management with prospects, clients, and strategic partners across French-speaking markets.

The Growth Path

We view this internship as a trial for a long-term career. Your evolution will follow a clear trajectory:

1. Month 1-3: Focus on operational rigor, executive support, and learning the business DNA.
2. Month 4-6: Taking ownership of specific projects and beginning to manage external relationships independently.
3. Beyond: Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role as a Strategic Partnerships Manager, or Business Operations Manager.

Who You Are

• High Agency: You are a natural problem-solver. When faced with a challenge, you find a way to get it done without needing a manual.
• Execution-Oriented: You have a bias for action. You understand that a "good plan executed today is better than a perfect plan next week".
• Meticulous Organizer: You live for structure. You have a "hawk-eye" for detail and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Languages: Native French or full professional proficiency in French (C1/C2) is required. Excellent English is required. Italian proficiency is considered a strong plus.
• Discreet & Loyal: You will handle sensitive information; absolute integrity and confidentiality are your baseline.
• Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business, Management, Communications, or similar degree.
