WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will be part of the Converse Global Trend & Expression Design team, working at the intersection of trend, expression and craftsmanship, global sportswear, and fashion culture. This role collaborates closely with partners across Footwear Design, Material Design, Graphic Design, Product Marketing, and Footwear and Color/Material Development to create compelling product expressions that connect with consumers around the world. You will contribute to the ongoing evolution of Converse’s Women’s color strategy through trend research, cultural insights, and best-in-class color execution. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Color Design Global.

You thrive in collaborative environments, build strong partnerships across functions, and are highly organized in managing multiple priorities and timelines. Most importantly, you are passionate about developing great design, fostering team success, and creating products that inspire self-expression. A combination of education, experience, or training Demonstrates significant experience in color design, footwear design, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering compelling product concepts from ideation through commercialization Possesses a strong understanding of fashion trends, footwear and fashion culture, consumer insights, and lifestyle product creation Thrives as a proactive, highly collaborative partner and excels in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As Manager, Color Design, Women’s Global, you will lead color excellence across the Women’s Expression Design team. You will stay connected to evolving fashion and footwear culture, transform insights into impactful color stories, and help bring innovative, consumer-relevant products to market. You will balance creativity, strategy, and execution while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver against key business and product milestones.
To be considered, you must submit a design portfolio. This role will close on Oktober 6. The annual base salary for this position generally ranges from €56.600,00 to €87.700,000. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
