JOB PURPOSE
As Outlet Retail Merchandising Specialist, your mission will be to ensure the Merchandising budgets are delivered through management of the day-to-day activities, making decisions on trading opportunities to maximize profit and provide the business with analysis of departmental, range and product performance upon which inform business decisions can be made on product ranges.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Education in Economics (BA, BFA, BS) or equivalent;
At least 3 years of proven design experience in Merchandising domain
Experience in fashion trends identification and ability to translate them into a commercial collection
Ability to work in a fast paced highly productive, environment with a hands-on mentality
Experience in coordinating multiple projects and able to follow up with stakeholders identifying bottle necks and provide solutions proactively
Excellent analytical skills and Excel proficient
Be a Brand Advocator in actions, goals and strategic mindset
Self – starter, positive, hands-on, methodological and team worker are essential attitudes
Fluent in English is fundamental, other languages are a plus
