Assistant BM Nutella

About the Role:

As an Assistant Brand Manager Nutella, you will play an active role in supporting the growth of Nutella, one of the world’s most iconic and beloved brands.

Working closely with the Marketing Team, you will contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies aimed at strengthening Nutella’s market position, driving consumer engagement, and supporting sustainable business growth in an increasingly competitive environment.

Through data-driven insights and consumer-centric thinking, you will help shape initiatives that enhance brand relevance and create meaningful experiences for consumers.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the definition and implementation of Nutella’s marketing strategy, helping to translate business objectives into impactful brand initiatives. You will monitor market dynamics, brand performance, and competitive activities by analyzing key performance indicators such as sales data, market share, pricing, promotional activities, and shopper insights, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement.

You will collaborate with Market Research teams to develop a deep understanding of consumer behaviors, consumption habits, and emerging trends, contributing to the identification of growth opportunities and the recommendation of corrective actions when needed.

You will support the development of communication and advertising strategies by working closely with creative and media agencies, providing clear briefs and ensuring campaigns effectively reflect brand objectives. You will also contribute to the evaluation of campaign performance through qualitative and quantitative research, helping to maximize communication effectiveness.

In addition, you will participate in budget planning and monitoring activities related to advertising investments, market research, and creative production costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets. You will also support the development of sales plans and promotional initiatives, contributing to the successful execution of marketing activities across different product formats and channels.

About You:

You bring a Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, combined with a strong analytical mindset and a genuine passion for brand building. You bring initial professional experience gained within Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Shopper Marketing environments, along with a curiosity for brands, consumers, and innovation. Your international outlook and understanding of different markets and cultures allow you to approach challenges with an open and consumer-focused perspective.

You contribute excellent organizational and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage projects in a dynamic environment. Your advanced proficiency in Excel and strong command of PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications support your ability to analyze data, build compelling presentations, and communicate insights clearly.

You also bring fluency in both Italian and English, allowing you to operate confidently within an international business context and build effective relationships across teams.
