About the team The creator team plays a core role in designing the overall creator ecosystem strategy and execution plan and driving the business to success by win-win cooperation together with the creators and sellers. We are looking for an intern who is enthusiastic about joining us to establish TikTok Shop as one of the most effective monetization strategies for Italian creators. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities：

• Support the team in expanding creator and creator agency partnerships, and assist with creator onboarding and growth initiatives.
• Assist with creator community operations through Lark groups, instant messaging, and other communication channels to support creator engagement and education.
• Provide day-to-day support for creators by responding to inquiries, escalating issues when needed, and maintaining a creator-first mindset.
• Assist in conducting & tracking creator campaign & promotional activities; Analyze performance trends, distilling insights that help to improve our creator campaigns;
• Assist the team in help the team operate simple OBS livestream, production, and camera-work. Help the team manage branded and creator initiated livestreams for our top creators and celebs.
• Participate in campaign planning, execution, and other creator operation projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or any similar field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Italian, to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Fast learner and hands-on oriented-able to move things forward
• Good interpersonal skills and and analytical skills
• Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming

Preferred Qualifications:

• Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, can work in a fast paced environment.
• Internship experience in large Commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies is a plus
• Good understanding of the Commerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
