To reveal wonders – through the craft of exceptional products, but also through the development of exceptional and audacious talents.We run a transformation at a fast pace and are onboarded on the accelerating elevation journey that will lead us to the clear destination of being the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house in image and products, above the competition, the most exclusive one.As part of the Guerlain Marketing team, the Product Marketing Assistant will support the3 axes Product Managers (Make Up, Skincare, Fragrances) in the 360° implementation of new launches and in the management of each category.The Product Manager Assistant will be in charge of the following responsibilities:RESPONSABILITIES Support the Product Marketing team in the implementation of new product launchesSupport the team in the control and management of POS materialsSupport in the organization of canvasses, regular meetings with the sales force for the presentation of launches of all 3 axes (Skincare, Make Up, Fragrances)Analyze sell-in and sell-out data, competitor analysis and benchmarking activitiesSupport in communication activities mainly on TV and print mediaSupport the Product Marketing team in sales forecasts and other marketing activitiesInternal coordination with all departments involved in the implementation of launchplans xlwpduy and all day-by-day activities and contact with Guerlain HQ in Paris.REQUIREMENTSMaster’s degree in marketing or economicsBeauty passionate and a previous experience in Retail is a plusExcellent analytical skills and data-driven mindsetDesire to learn, proactivity and creative approachFluent in EnglishCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art.
