About the Role

The Senior e-commerce Specialist will support the Marketing Manager in managing digital campaigns and e-commerce operational activities, contributing to the acquisition of new customers, the optimization of website performance, and the planning of commercial initiatives through Email, WhatsApp, Paid Media, and Teleselling campaigns.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels in collaboration with the team.
  
• Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign performance.
  
• Plan the e-commerce promotional calendar.
  
• Monitor website traffic and performance through Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
  
• Collaborate with the Marketing, CRM, IT, and Creative teams on the execution of commercial initiatives.
  
• Prepare periodic reports and results analysis, identifying growth and optimization opportunities.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to improve e-commerce performance.
  
• Analyze the customer portfolio, and plan, execute, and monitor Teleselling campaigns.
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
  
• At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  
• Interest in digital marketing and the e-commerce world.
  
• Good knowledge of Excel for analysis and reporting.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  
• Knowledge of key SEO best practices.
  
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
  
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferably Magento).
  
• Team-oriented attitude and results orientation.
  
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
