Position Snapshot

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, media performance and digital insights, with a strong track record in data insights management within digital media agencies or e-commerce companies.
  
• Solid understanding of media strategy and performance marketing
  
• Fluency in Italian and English
  
• Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Impiegato 1° Level, Gross Annual Base Salary: €50.000,00 + 7% annual bonus based on overall company performance
  

Position Summary

Drive business growth and competitive advantage by transforming media, CRM, digital, owned data and commercial performance data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations and data-driven decisions. Acting as the key reference point for media performance and data initiatives across Purina, Purina Studios (Central digital team) and NIM, the role supports campaign and investment optimization, with a particular focus on paid search performance, accelerates data activation, and proactively identifies new opportunities from business, technology and market trends

A day in the life as Data Insight & Media Performance Lead

• 
  
• Transform complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations to support business and marketing decisions
  
• Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (media, CRM, website, database, sales) to identify improvement opportunities
  
• Leverage and integrate multiple data sources to generate actionable insights, identify business opportunities, and drive advanced analytics and data activation initiatives.
  
• Influence media, CRM and digital strategies through data-driven insights and performance recommendations.
  
• Own website analytics and owned data reporting for Purina (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Power BI, Mixpanel, etc.).
  
• Act as key point of contact between Media, CRM, CMI and Commercial teams for data insight initiatives and monetization.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to enhance media and data performance
  
• Develop high-quality reporting and storytelling for operational and executive audiences.
