The successful candidate will work on a wide range of high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a 360 degree approach spanning from project financing, MA, project development, project contracts to legal due diligence exercise on the full set of energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad.Our Project, Energy and Infrastructure Team consists of highly industry specialized lawyers, recognized among the best for their areas of expertise.

The Project, Energy and Infrastructure business unit is part of the Banking and Finance department and becoming a member of such a team will mean being part of a rapidly growing and dynamic group, as well as receiving specific training and being involved in the most innovative legal issues and market prominent transactions.

Our DNA is made up of talent, innovation and passion.RequirementsItalian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.Current license to practice law in Italy.Newly qualified to 3 years PQE in the Project, Energy Infrastructure field, gained in a comparable law firm.High level of English (Certificate C1).

Other foreign languages are a plus.
