POSITIONOVERVIEW

Are you a senior digital marketing professional with a strong commercial mindset and the analytical skills to turn data into business decisions?
Bluserena is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate digital growth, strengthen commercial performance and shape high-impact business and marketing initiatives across the Group.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communication, you will play a key role in defining digital marketing priorities and translating customer, market and performance insights into strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, direct revenue, retention and loyalty.
This role is designed for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, challenges assumptions through data and works closely with commercial teams to identify opportunities, set priorities and deliver measurable growth.

LOCATION

The position is open at our Headquarters in Pescara (Abruzzo), with the possibility of remote working according to company policy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
• Contribute to shaping and execute the Group’s Digital Marketing & Growth strategy, aligning marketing priorities with commercial, revenue and brand objectives
  
  
• Use customer, market and performance data to identify business opportunities and support strategic and commercial decisions
  
  
• Develop growth initiatives across customer segments, channels and touchpoints, building clear business cases and measurable targets
  
  
• Lead the digital customer journey across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and loyalty
  
  
• Plan and optimize full-funnel performance marketing across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Metasearch, E-mail Marketing and Affiliate channels
  
  
• Drive direct revenue, ROAS, conversion and ROI through continuous testing, analysis and budget optimization
  
  
• Manage and drive the evolution of the website, booking engine, UX and CRO to improve customer experience and commercial performance
  
  
• Develop CRM and loyalty initiatives through segmentation, personalization, customer profiling and marketing automation
  
  
• Partner with Revenue Management, Sales, Brand and Operations to turn commercial priorities into integrated marketing actions
  
  
• Build dashboards, forecasts and performance reviews, translating complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
  
  
• Manage budgets and external media, digital, CRM and technology partners, ensuring accountability and quality of execution
  
  
• Promote a test-and-learn culture, digital innovation and continuous improvement across digital marketing activities and cross-functional initiatives
  
  

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  
• At least 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or comparable roles
  
• Proven experience leading digital marketing strategies, teams, agencies and cross-functional initiatives
  
• Strong commercial mindset, with a track record of connecting marketing actions to revenue, conversion, profitability and business growth
  
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data, customer insights and market trends into strategic choices and actionable plans
  
• Advanced knowledge of Performance Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation and Digital Analytics
  
• Solid expertise in customer journeys, CRO, UX and digital conversion optimization
  
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, external partners and performance against business targets
  
• Strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills and a strong bias for action
  
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing and challenging environment
  
• Experience in hospitality, travel, leisure or other consumer-driven industries is considered a plus
  
• Fluent in Italian and English
  

Salary Range in line with the pay transparency principles set out in EU Directive 2023/970:CCNL: Tourism – Federalberghi;Level: 1st Level – QB;RAL: €40.000 – €50.000

The final salary placement within this range will be determined based on an objective assessment of the candidate’s skills, previous experience, and professional qualifications demonstrated throughout the selection process.
