Etjca Group S.p.a., Filiale di Brescia, is looking for a Sales Assistant for a sales point of an important telecommunications company: Part-time Sales Assistant The resource will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting customers during the purchasing process;
- Proposing and selling technological products, offers, and tariff plans;
- Providing personalized advice based on customer needs;
- Proposing telephony services in the energy (electricity and gas) and insurance sectors.
Requirements
- High school diploma, an essential requirement;
- Strong commercial aptitude and customer orientation;
- Excellent communication skills and propensity for public contact;
- Energy, proactivity, and consulting skills;
- Preferable experience, even brief, in sales.
We offer:
- Part-time 24 hours per week;
- Work 6 days out of 7, from Monday to Sunday;
- Shifts organized according to the opening hours of the Shopping Center;
- Maximum time flexibility required;
- Classification at the V level of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce;
- Initial coaching to gain autonomy in the organization and management of the sales point;
- Temporary administration contract with the aim of permanent employment.
